AMV Overview Australian Mining Villages Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated business specialising in Accommodation Solutions and associated infrastructure primarily for the Mining Industry. 
AMV offers a range of services, from consulting to accommodation suppliers and Mining Companies on accommodation design, site design and lay-out, Development Approvals, drafting tender documents etc to turn-key, AMV Own & Operate solutions. Working with AMV enables Mining Companies to 100% focus on their specialty – Mining, and move the “off-site” care of workers to a specialist accommodation company. By sub-contracting this area of the business, Companies can focus on what generates profits rather than expending valuable personnel resources and expenses in the planning and operating camp facilities. When the mine is no longer viable there are no concerns with storage, re-siting and refurbishment of the units, as this is undertaken by AMV. Mining Companies do not have to hold on to a depreciating asset in hope that they will be used at a later date. When a camp is relocated it is refurbished as close as possible to its original condition. 
It is AMV's aim to provide the best designs and quality available, followed up with well-organised implementation and a Quality Assured programmed maintenance schedule. Part of this commitment is to ensure that not only are all rooms well maintained, but in the case of extended contracts, that each room is fully refurbished during the life of the project. AMV does not manufacture its own buildings, but has buildings manufactured to its own structural and certified designs. This ensures a competitive outcome from tendering out the accommodation, with each manufacturer having to price to exactly the same specification - ensuring minimal or no variation to the contract pricing. |
