Accommodation Design
 AMV has carefully developed a range of accommodation and allied facilities that are pitched in at a number of critical price levels. Where the camp is short term, there is no reason to supply state of art facilities, but this does not necessarily mean downgrading what is being offered. The requirement for one project may be basic Mining Camp dongas, whereas another may require Tourist Park style relocatable or transportable buildings. A long term project may even require built-on-site, slab-on-ground permanent facilities. The difference will normally be reflected in the type of finishes and the external appearance of the units.
A long term camp 7+ years could have landscaping with undercover walkways and pergolas, permanent Mess facilities etc, which take on a more temporary nature for a short term facility.
The level of finish starts at the bottom end with sandwich panel construction, vinyl flooring and basic interior finish, right through to house-like construction including weatherboard or rendered exterior, timber laminate flooring to the main room, tiled bathroom and interior linings of plasterboard or villaboard with a quality painted finish. Any number of combinations can be manufactured – talk to us regarding your specific requirements so that an accurate Bill of Materials can be formulated for your project.
